Recruitment Workflow
Manages a job opening from the department request through hiring, with two approval levels and a public careers site.
Problem
Staffing requests circulated as signed, scanned documents, while applications arrived in individual email accounts. The company could not track job-posting spend or the actual time required to fill each opening.
Solution
The request is approved in the application at two levels, recording who approved it and when. Candidates apply through the public careers site, and the job catalog sets the target time-to-fill used to measure each process.
Outcome
Requests, approvals, job postings, and applications are managed in one process with owners, dates, and time-to-fill targets.
My role
I designed and built the internal recruitment workflow, public careers site, and role-specific access controls.
How it works
The request, approvals, and applications remain in one workflow through hiring.
