Javier Madrid

Software Architect and Consultant · Enterprise Systems Development

I design and build custom enterprise systems to automate and digitize business processes. I handle every stage: analyzing the operation, defining the architecture, building the software, and putting it into production. I work with organizations in Sinaloa, Monterrey, and other cities in Mexico, mainly remotely.

Experience

Founder — Nucleu

Apr 2024 – Present (alongside Grupo Premier)

  • I designed Nucleu to bring purchasing, production, inventory, sales, and deliveries into one system without forcing the organization to replace the tools it already uses.
  • It covers warehouses, finance, projects, inspections, asset and fleet maintenance, and workforce management across multiple locations. It includes lot and serial-number tracking, field evidence, and alerts when process steps take too long.
  • I am responsible for the product, architecture, web and mobile development, and its technical evolution.

Software Architect — Grupo Premier

Jul 2023 – Present

  • I designed and built 14 software projects supporting 48 dealership locations and 15 automotive brands: 11 business applications and 3 shared components. Eleven are in production, two are in development, and one is for internal use.
  • I replaced manual processes for vehicle, service department, and parts inventory; vehicle release control; sales documentation; fixed assets; travel expenses; financial documentation; physical records; real estate records; and recruitment. I also centralized access to dealership data.
  • I handled every stage: functional analysis, product design, architecture, development, data integration, deployment, and maintenance. A reusable foundation reduced the technical setup for new systems from weeks to one day.

CTO — Navi Systems

Apr 2022 – Apr 2023

  • I led a two-developer team and defined a system to control product loss in cold-storage facilities for agricultural produce. The product was based on interviews in Pharr, Texas—the main entry point for Mexican produce into the United States—and an analysis of solutions including Famous and iSolve.
  • I designed the architecture and built the TypeScript API with NestJS and PostgreSQL and the frontend with Vue.js. The system reached its final stage; the project was stopped before commercial launch after a decision by the partners.

Founder and Director — Revsys, S.A. de C.V.

Oct 2010 – Dec 2021

  • I operated the company as an Apple Authorized Service Provider from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, I redirected it toward custom software development for service and inventory operations.
  • Community dining coupon control for the Government of Sinaloa: web and Android applications with QR codes, on-site scanning, real-time reports, and duplicate-use prevention. It operated at 30 dining sites.
  • Apple service center management for Coppel: repair orders, device and parts inventory, and status tracking for every repair. In production at seven service centers.

Full-stack JavaScript Developer — eSoft

May 2019 – Sep 2021 (alongside Revsys)

  • I built web applications and REST APIs with JavaScript, Express, Vue.js, and MongoDB for real estate, agricultural, and industrial clients.

Project Lead — Coppel

Oct 2015 – May 2017 (alongside Revsys)

  • I defined and documented operating processes for the Apple Authorized Service Provider, supported the opening of seven new centers, and delivered Apple-certified courses to 16 technicians.
